Application Form Age Limit

• • Class I Age : 06-08 Year
  • For information on age relaxation, read the notification 2025 carefully.

• • Birth Certificate: Mandatory document to prove the child’s date of birth.
  • Passport-size photograph: Recent photograph of the child.
  • Residence Proof: Usually, an Aadhaar card or ration card is accepted.
  • Caste Certificate: If the applicant belongs to a reserved category like SC/ST/OBC, a caste certificate is necessary.
  • Parent’s Service Certificate: If the parent is a government employee, a service certificate may be needed.
  • EWS/BPL Certificate: For applicants claiming economically weaker section benefits.

  • Candidate While applying, the candidate has to fill all the columns carefully so that there is no mistake like – Name of the candidate, Father’s name, Date of birth, Qualification, Address details.
  • Candidate If asked to upload in the application form, upload all the documents in the correct size and correct format.
